		<description>That&#039;s really good Lorri. This really does apply to all of life. I just had a personal failure on a programming exam, and I really was upset about it. It&#039;s not a big deal, I get to take it again, it was just really hard to not be so angry with myself for not performing to the standard I had hoped to reach. A little more patience with ourselves is usually in order :).</description>

		<description>I love what you just said. I just ran my 3rd half marathon in 1:59:42.  My goal was to get under 2 hours. I did it. And boy did it feel great. I worked so hard and felt so proud when I reached my goal. Now I have a new goal to get to my prepregnancy weight 17 more pounds.  I want to feel that great again.</description>

		<description>Good idea. I started to notice with my change in diet due to allergy that I was somewhat forced to eat smaller portions, fewer sugars and carbs, and more fruits and veggies. I still ate carbs, but they came in a more healthful form. After doing this, I started to feel much better. Especially in cutting down portion sizes. 
Sometimes it&#039;s easy to forget though, and my eyes convince me to eat to much, and I get all sluggish again.
